Vico Sotto sa pahayag ni SolGen Calida ukol kay De Lima: No one is above the law except for…

Iginiit ni Calida sa kanyang statement na “no one is above the law”.

Sa tweet ni Sotto, pinatamaan nito ang “no one is above the law” remark ni Calida.

“”No one is above the law” . . . except for……………… [long list follows] #AyAmbot,” ani Sotto.

‘Fiction is more important than facts’

“Today, the SC validates the new theory of the Government that a person can be sent to jail for “conspiracy to trade” in drugs. There is no need to prove any transaction or any evidence of sale of even an ounce of drugs. Apparently, all the Gov’t now needs to send you to jail on a non-bailable charge are the affidavits of convicted felons who are not even qualified to be state witnesses,” ani Hilbay.

“Contrast this prosecutorial aggression with the Government’s silence and unbelievable lack of interest in pursuing those behind at least 6.4 Billion in drugs ACTUALLY smuggled into the country, even as thousands of poor Filipinos are dying in the name of the so-called war on drugs,” dagdag pa ni Hilbay.
